  • Ford’s EcoBoost engine wins in its first year of eligibility; the 3.5-liter EcoBoost twin-turbocharged V-6 is the first of a family of engines featuring the technology
  • The Fusion Hybrid’s 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid engine also won a spot on the list; this is the second consecutive year Ford has won for its hybrid engine technology with last year’s Ford Escape Hybrid taking the honor
